What changed, when it changed and how to report a possible error.
Short answer
Healthcare and immigration rules change. This log records material corrections to the site rather than silently rewriting a claim and relying only on a last-checked date.

12 August 2026: expanded authority review completed
Reviewed all 20 remaining expansion pages against their cited primary-source basis. Narrowed the beneficiary, UK coordination, outpatient-medicine and maternity wording and added missing source support to the glossary and sin-copago page.
12 August 2026: review labels and navigation index
Removed the blanket last-checked date, added substantive review labels only to the five audited actionable pages, restored one compact header search and reorganised the homepage index by visa, public-healthcare, policy and personal-intent categories.
12 August 2026: navigation and practical tools
Added a public-healthcare hub, glossary, printable route checklists, process guidance, page prerequisites, hierarchical breadcrumbs and search in the header.
11 August 2026: healthcare routes separated
Rewrote the site to separate public entitlement, visa evidence and private policy terms. Added primary sources for route-specific legal claims and removed unsupported universal statements.
11 August 2026: commercial position
Removed the former enquiry and provider references. The site currently provides information only and does not arrange insurance, recommend a policy or pass enquiries.
